Join Erik Nodland and the Oceanic Ventures’ team to explore the wrecks of Truk Lagoon and the islands of Chuuk.  We have been leading trips to Chuuk since 1998…so there is a lot of information to that allow you to explore the wrecks as a reacrational or technical diver!!

Option: visit Palau or Yap before or after the trip. And of course. We recommend you fly in on Wednesday or before to have a half day of tune-up diving with the famous Blue Lagoon Dive Shop!  Ann can assist with those travel plans and recommend flight routes.

Package includes:

8 days/ 7 nights/6 days technical or recreational diving (up to 2 + 1 night dive for technical dives per day and up to 5 recreational dives per day) on M/Y Odyssey, free nitrox up to 30% for those qualitied, double occupancy in cabins with private head, showers and sinks and individually controlled air conditioning, welcome and transfer to the boat on days of charter, daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, all beverages including wine and beer, cylinders, weights, warm towels after diving, and trip brochure and packet, trip shirt, and your Oceanic Ventures’ travel leader.  Also included are the current Chuuk Fee, Chuuk taxes, and a shared room the day of departure at Blue Lagoon Resort.

Technical Wrecking Diving Course

Optional Upgrade:  Erik will teach a technical wreck course during the trip for anyone interested in completing that course during the trip. Space is limited.

 Not included: airfare, Chuuk departure tax, marine park fee changes, hotels in transit except for day of departure, tips for local dive staff, sorb, nitrox, decompression gasses, meals and drinks when not on the boat, airport transfers if arriving or departing on days other than charter dates, trip insurance, diving insurance (required), fuel surcharge if any and shopping, anything not listed above.

Tech Divers: up to 100% O2 available at $2 per cf,(subject to change), doubles, 40 cf and CCR bottles available for rental.

*Club Aquarius is an International Diving Club. Oceanic Ventures sponsors a local chapter. Membership is $75 pp family for a year and $65 for individuals.
