Enriched Air Nitrox
With this course, you might make it through dinner without falling asleep! Diving with enriched air can increase your no-decompression limits, increase your safety, and reduce the required length of your surface intervals when compared to air.

To enroll in this program, You only need your Open Water or Junior Open Water Certification. It may also be taught in conjunction with your Open Water or Junior Open Water Certification program.

When is this program taught? | Generally, you will find this program available on the first Thursday of the month. We can also arrange classes on a private schedule to meed your needs. |
Is this course the same as a Scuba Skills Update? | While your Enriched Air Nitrox Diver Specialty contains a review of dive planning, it is not a substitute for a Scuba Skills Update program. The later covers dive planning, a review of physiology, and a review of your basic scuba skills. |
What are the prerequisites? | You will need to have your Open Water Diver Certification or Junior Open Water Certification. However, this program may be taught in conjunction with your Open Water Diver Program or Junior Open Water Diver Program. |
What Equipment do I need? | For the most part, this program is a classroom-only course. However, we recommend a dive on Nitrox to cement the concepts and planning taught in the course. In order to go diving you will need your Total Diving System (either owned or rented). |
